Consider the record of State Contra* (Government Operation) of the liquor Traffic in America. In the United States, South Carolina tried Goveroment- dispensaries and then adopted Prohibition. In Canada, onehed Government Liquor Stores, twt them up at the election by „ of 9to 1. Prohibition marches on In Prince Edward Tsland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario Manitoba. Saskatchewan, AJand British Columbia have all carried Prohibition. In file United States, 28 States have State-wide Prohibition and the. whole country will have "War Prohibition on July Ist next. Up to date no State has refused to ratify Constitutional National Prohibition. America has found the solution.
