AFFAIRS IN BRITAIN.

The South "Wales Labour leaders and| many workers have received printed' circulars by post from London, bearing the signatures of Lenin and Trotsky, and attacking the Entente policy in Russia. The circular says that those lie who declare that Germany will be beaten. It adds that the only way to end the war is for tho workers or all countries to combine t and appeals to them to save the Russian revolution and the Bolshevik movement. THE RECEN-rRAIEWXr (Australian and N.Z Cable Association.) (Received October 11th, 7.20 p.m.) LONDON, October 10. Sir J. H. Thomas, M.P., has withdrawn his resignation of the general secretaryship of the National Union, of Railwaymon. Mt Thomas resigned because thef railwaymen struck after their representatives had agreed to accept the increased wages offered by tno Government.
