FOOTBALL.
+ In the Carlton Cafe on Thursday evening the member® of the Marist Bros.' Old Boys' Fifth Grade Football Team, and ako the Marist Bros.' School Senior Team were entertained at- a dinner and musical evening in honour of their successes on the football field last season. Amongst the speakers were the Rev. Father Fogarty, and the Key. Brothers and Phelan (coach). Tho last-named epoke highly of the teams, and concluded by saying that if the players kept together and played as trail- as they had last season, they need not fear tho strongest opposition in tho senior championships in tho future.
