"MUNSEY *S" IN TROUBLE. (By Cft-te.—Press Aistfciation. —Copyright) LONDON, December 18. Tho Grand Duke Boris of Russia has sued "Munsey's Magazine" for libel contained in an article in tho April number headed "Succession to the Russian Throne," in which Boris, who was attached to Prince Kuropatkin's staff, was accused of gross misconduct during tho Japanese war.
The case has been settled. Defendant's counsel apologised, an 6 indemnified plaintiff regarding costs.
