BRITISHER'S INTERESTS AT STAKE. (By Othlt.—-Preaa Association.—Copyright) LONDON, December 18. An interim injunction has been granted to restrain Mr Pike, an American lawyer, from selling furniture bolonging to Mr McCreery, a Britisher, residing at Rugby, with large interests in America.
" Mr Toinlin, X.C, stated that there was. a conspiracy in California, which led to McCreery being declared insane. He escaped and returned to England. English experts declare Him quite sano.
