SUPREME COURT.
(Before his Honour Mr Justice Denniston.) IN DIVORCE. Mary Kate dough, of Littlo River, petitioned for the dissolution of her marriage with Robert Clough, upon tho ground of the latter's misconduct. _Ir J. H. Williams appeared for the petitioner, but thero was no appearance of the respondent. Petitioner gave evidence that 6_e was married to respondent on Augus. .'list, ISBS, at tho Courthouse, Chatham Islands Sho and her husband subsequently came to New Zealand. There were seven children living. Tho respondent had committed misconduct with a native woman at Gisbome. His Honour granted the decree.
