(PBEBB ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, September 29. . The annual report of the South British Insurance Company states that the net revenue for tho year was £388,266 14s Bd, surplus in Revenue Account £87,174 3a 9d, credit to Profit and Loss Account £112,971 3s lOd, transferred to Reserve Fund £40,000. The-directors recommend a dividend of one shilling and ninepence per share for the half-year, absorbing £17,500 and a bonus to tho staff, £6500; leaving £24,598 9s Id to carry to the new account.
