The House resumed consideration of the Justice Department Estimates at 7.30 p.m.In connection with tho vote for Magistrates' and Wardens* Courts, Mr MILLAR said there were no increases of, salaries on the Estimates before the Committee; any increases -would com© down on the Supplementary Estimates. The total Vote passed unaltered. The vote for the Mines Department waS agreed to. " The Estimates were still under discussion when the .telegraph office closed at 2 a.m. .
