THE RAILWAY COMMISSION.
(Received September 29th, 11.30 p.m.) Mr Butterworth, manager of the North-Eastern Railway, in testifying before tho Royal Commission, suggested that Trade Union funds should be liable for damages if the men struck oontrary to the agreements and awards of the Conciliation Board.
