NEW BRIGHTON GALA
The programme of the New Brighton Gala whidi takes place to-morrow, is an exceedingly varied and attractive one. There will be guessing competitions, amateur and open race*, sand building competitions, life savin* exhibition, canoe races, and fire brigade contest. In the evening there will be illuminations-, dancing on the pier, etc The Committee have evidently laid themselves out, to'pwxj* a full day's amusement, and if the weather is fine no doubt there will be a very large attendance on the occasion.
