TREATY RIGHTS IN MANCHURIA.

The "Daily Mail's" Tientsin correspondent states that Russia, has threatened China with tho immediate occupation of Pekiu if she joins Japan. The "Pali Mall GasetteV Berlin correspondent says that Russia has assured the Powers that all the acquired treaty rights in Manchuria will he respected and acknowledged.
