tion, at a satisfactory price, the Buoclench Estate, at Mount Somers, consisting of 6506 acres freehold land. The purchaser is Mr J. M. Parte, of Dunsandel, the wellknown breeder .of stud Leicester sheep, and his purchase includes all the sheep, live and dead stock, Ac., on the estate. At the Oxford yards on Thursday there was an entry ot 3500 sheep, and competition was brisk.
