Mr C. F. Todhnnter went to Ashburton yesterday. Mr P. Duncan and Mr J. P. Richardson left Christchurch yesterday for Gore and Invercargil). Mrs Arthur Field returned to Ashburton yesterday. Mr W. H. Gundry and Mr Forrest were passengers by the express for Timaru yesterday. Mr A. J. Kelly was in Ashburton yesterday. Mr W. .7. Putnam arrived from Dunedin by the Corinna on Tuesday. Mr and Mrs G. T. Booth were passengers for Dunediu by yesterday's express. Tbe Rev. Mr Findlay is a passenger from Wellington by the Corinna to-day.
