WASTE LAND SALES. Abstract of the quanttty of land sold and granted in the different districts from May 16 to June 13, both days included.
The foUowtae ere the particulars of the sale of the nakataramea Station, late the property of Mr G. P. Lockhart, to Messrs. Doii!rla««, Alderson & <.0., of Dunedin. The run extended over 161.000 acres, and there were on it 24,000 sheep, of which 9.000 are now about lambing. 3(: acres of freehold land in the Waimate hush were sold with the run ; also. 23 horses. 2o working bullocks, with drajr* and gear; boat-", pimts, Ac. The improvements are extensive, nnd the whole in complete working order. The price paid was £45.V01.
