It was rasolved to hold the eporfcs on December 26 sb. The following officera were then elected. — Resident, Mr T, HiBlop; Treasurer, Mr C. P. Penman ; Secretary, Mr Jos. Shore. A committee of management consisting of 22 members Were Beleoted from tbooe present. The programme committee eubmiMed a draft programme, which was unanimously adopted* The Secretary was authorised to get programmes and cards printed. The meeting then adj turned. GENERAL.
