Havvke's Bay Jockey Club Rules will be strictly adhered to. All the races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. A hack shall mean a horse that has never started in a Weigh t-for-age or Handicap Race, either on flat or over hurdles.
Two Horses to start or on race ; three to start or no second money. No entry will be received for any race, except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing, shall be settled by the Stewareds or whom they appoint, and their, decision shall be final. No nomination will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amoount in cash. In all nominations, performances must be given.
