Settlers ,at Makotuku, Ormondville, and Norsewood, should take a note of the following from the Pahiatua Star : — " It may not be generally known that if a person allows a newspaper to be left at his house, even supposing he has not ordered it, tjfe law holds that he must pay for it. We deem it advisable to give the hint, as the free distribution of a certain paper is going on here at present ; but by=and*by the little bill Will oome in.
