THE BRADLAUGH RELIEF FUND.
The fund for relieving Mr Bradlaugh from the pecuniary embarassment causes by his long struggle for the rights of the sceptic has met during the week with a geneious response. The subscriptions acknowledged in the Pall Mall Gazette up to yesterday amounted to £750. Among the subscribers have been Lady Ripon, Lord Hobhouse, Sir T. H. Farrer, Mr W. McEwan, M.P., Mr E. Orossley, M.P., Mr Winterbotham, M.P., Mr Bertram Currie, Lady Milbank, , and Mr Seymour Trower. By next week we hope to be able to announce that the remaining sum of £750, still required to ses Mr Bradlaugh free, has been subscribed.
