ACCIDENT TO A YOUNG LADY.
On Friday evening a painful accident happened to Miss Brown, daughter of Mr 11. S. Brown, Danevirke. The yqung lady was returning home with a trap, and soon aftor passing Oringi part of the harness gave way, and the shafts of the trap foil to the ground. Miss Brown was precipitated to the road, and tho horse dragged the wheel of the cart over, part of her leg, inflicting an ugly wound. Miss Brown was oonvoyed home on Saturday, and, under the care of Dr Williams, is progressing favorably. It is considered little short of a miracle that she was not more seriously injured.
