4 (Per Press Association.) Sofia, May 10. Prince Ferdinand, in addressing the Tirnova regiment, said he was prepared to repeat the oath and become a Bulgarian. The achievement of the independence of Bulgaria would be to him a sacred task, and he was ready to sacrifice his life in securing it.
