BAN MAY BE RAISED

AUSTRALIAN COMMUNISTS Rec. 1 p.m. SYDNEY, this day. The ban on the Australian Communist party will be removed by the Federal Government immediately. Negotiations with the Soviet Government for the exchange of envoys has been completed. The Daily Telegraph says this is reported in high official quarters.
