ELECTROCUTED.
TWO FARMERS DEAD. HARVESTING FATALITY. (P.A.) CARTERTON, Wednesday. Two men were electrocuted and two others were injured during harvesting on the property of Mr. H. H. R. Renall at Kokntai:. eix miles from Carterton. about 4 o'c-lock yesterday afternoon. Tlwi-e kilied were: — Mr. Edwin James, aged about 42. married. Mr. Bertie W. Renall, aped about 3.3, married. Mr. Proctor was very seriously burned and i* dangerously ill in hospital, and Mr. .John Rayner suffered slight burns not requiring admission to hospital. The men were buildinjr a r-taek when a wire on an elevator broke. They were on the.elevator mending the wire, which slipped and came into contact with an II.fKKI-volt lino.
