GOOD TURNOVER. BANK OF NEW ZEALANDS UP. There was again a fairly substantial turnover on the Auckland Stock Kxchangre this morning, with values steady to firmer. Of the ten «ales recorded the only drop was iii National Banks, which depreciated 4 .'J 011 the October level. After a transfer of Bank of New Zealands at the improved price of il'2 O sellers went off the market. New Zealand industrial and trading scrip wa« firm, but Woolworths (New Zealand) were depleted following the announcement yesterday of the lower protit. Broken Hill Proprietaries were turned over at 3d clearer.

After ri.ome days of inactivity, insurance shares were dealt in at the noon call, both leaders showing advances of 3d. Sellers of Bank of New Zealands came in at £2 0/9. Holders of Government stock were quiet, following on the recent activity in giltedged securities.
