WAIPA RACING CLUB.
The summer meeting of the Waipa Racing Club will be held at Te Awamutu on Saturday. December 14.* Entries close with Messrs. Blomfiehl and Company, Shortland Street. Auckland, at 5 p.m. or with the secretary, Mr. J. (t. Wynyard, Te Awamutu, at 8 p.m. next Friday.
ANSWERS TO CORRESPONDENTS. JOE (Raetihi). — (1) Three dividends are paid where there are eight or more starter*. Starters means horses to ■which separate number* are allotted on the totalizator, all the horses comprised in any one totalizator bracket being counted as one starter; (2) £4 12/8.
