W.E.A. STAGE PLAY.
Anton Chekhov's play. '"The Seagull." will be presented by the W.E.A. Dramatic Club for a season of four nights commencing on Saturday, September 21. This play won immediate success when it was played first at the Moscow Art Theatre in 1896, and conforms more closely to our own stage conventions than the writer's other works. It is a remarkable analysis of character and includes a real glimpse of the author's personality. Arnold F. Goodwin is once again the producer. Details are advertised.
