CZECH REFUGEES IN ENGLAND. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 2. The Czech refugees who were refused permission to stay in England after arriving at Croydon by air are to be allowed to stay under a guarantee from the Refugee Committee. FOREIGN PRESS. MANY PUBLICATIONS BANNED. (Received 2 p.m.) PRAGUE, April 2. Thirty-three English newspapers and periodicals, including the "Manchester Guardian," "News Chronicle," and the "Daily Herald" have been banned, also Russian, many French, Belgian, Dutch. Swiss and American publications.
