WELLINGTON, Sunday. The crux of the difficulty, he added was that the Government expected the' doctors to enter into a contract, but the doctors d.d not yet have any idea of 7i I the .contract was. A meeting of the central council of the branch was to be held ,n Wellington on Wednesday Vhen it was expected that replies would be received from the divisions.
