PICNIC MEETING.

Several well-known trotting horses competed in the trotting events held at the I Kiwitahi Sports Club's annual picnic i sporte near Morrinsville on Saturday. I Agnes Bingen won both the one mile and one mile and a half handicaps from the I back marks. Results are: — I One Mile Trot (saddle). —Agnes Bingen. , 60yds (X. Johnston). 1: Exporter, 60yds i (M. Caddigan). 2: Light Step. 60yds (P. 1 Skousjranrdl. 3. Time. 2.19. Ladies' Trot (saddle), six furlongs.— Miss E. Mulcahy's Paragon, limit (E. Mulcahy), 1: Agnes Bingen. 84yds (Miss E. I Smith), 2; Light Step, 60yds (Mrs. Skoue- ' gaard), 3. Time, 1.45. One mile and a half Trot (saddle). — Agnes Bingen, 120 yds (N. Johnston). 1; Exporter. 108 yds (M. Caddigan), 2; Light Step, 60;ds (Mrs. Skousgaard), 3. Time, 8.25.
