Sanitation Charge: A uniform fee in respect of the removal of household refuse of 7/6 per dwelling unit or habitation in the sanitation area. 7 A Non-consumers' Water Rate upop all lands to which water can be but is not supplied, situated within 100 yards of the water works, of 5/ per assessment. The said Rates and Charges to be payable in one sum to the Board's Collector. Mr. J. H. Reich, at the Board's Office on the 20th day of July. 1938.
