EMPLOYEES REWARDED
EONG SERVICE WITH FIRM.
Over 100 members of the staff of John Court, Ltd.. who have completed JO or more year*' service were the guests of the firm at a tea in the roof pardon tearoom last evening, and were afterwards entertained at the St. James' Theatre.
On behalf of the firm. Mr. J. \V. Court, managing director, made special presentations to Misses Downard. Devitt and Bennett. Mcssr*. Hall. Hooper, ("arson. Walker and Crippcn. who had completed over 2o years' iee since the linn's jubilee celebrations held three years ago. Substantial recognition was also made to employees with 10 or more years' service. Mr. Hall, speaking for the recipients, expressed thanks and appreciation of the generous action of the linn. Various interesting and amusing incidents in the history of the firm in the early days were recounted before the gathering adjourned to the St. James' Theatre.
