BRITISH FORCES.
EMBARKATION FOE, PALESTINE British Official Wireless. (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, September 22. More tlian 1500 troops left Aldershot to embark on tbe steamship California at Southampton for Palestine. The troops belong to the 2nd Battalion the West Yorkshire Regiment, 2nd Battalion Hampshire Regiment, and the Royal Army Pay Corps. With this departure there will be 10 battalions at sea. The first detachment of reinforcements is due to arrive at Haifa to-day, and General Dill, with his staff, will be present to welcome the troops.
