THE FIRST DAY. FIELDS, FOR TO-MORROW. THE CARD REVIEWED. (By Telegraph.—Specinl to "Star.") CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The Geraldine Racing Club will hold their spring meeting to-morrow and Saturday. This is a very popular fixture, attracting patronage from a wide area. The fields will be large in most of the events this week, and though Ashburton form should be a guide there will be many fresh horses to provide complications.
