"PUNCH."
The summer number of "Punch" will carry the sijjhts and smells of England, a« well as its humour, into distant lands. "No, sir. this is 'Hill Rise.' 'Hill Crest' is over there," says a country landlady to a weary traveller who has already climbed one hill—pointing to another apartment house perched on a peak across a valley, and the patterned landscape of England is the background of the joke. Xo. 5 of '"Our Square," "Going (lay" illustrates London life. In "An Aeroplane, 1910." every worker in the field is gazing up; in "A Squadron, 103.")," nobody is paying any attention. And so on. A number of varied and excellent fare. Our copy is from the {'Punch" office.
