GOOD WEATHER.
BOON TO AUSTRALIA. (Received 12 Noon.) SYDNEY, this day. Mr. F. Tout, president of the Graziers' Association, stated that the seasonal conditions over practically the whole State are very satisfactory. It is a long time since New South Wales enjoyed such a good autumn. Australia is experiencing one of the most uniformly good seasons for many years.
