The Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for non-insertion of advertisements through accident or otherwise, and they reserve to themselves the right of omitting- advertisements received and paid for ir they appear to he objectionable. Instructions as to tne insertion or withdrawal or advertisements must he in writing. Advertisements received without written orders will only be inserted once, and charged accordingly. Orders to withdraw advertisements must be lodged not later than 11 a.m. each day.
