NAPIER BOROUGH ENGINEER
MR. R. H. CLIMIE APPOINTED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, this day. Mr. R. H. Climie, consulting engineer, of Wellington, has been appointed Napier Borough engineer. There were 52 applicants for tlie post. Mr. Climie has had 13 years' experience of municipal work, notably sewerage and drainage, and has been eight years with various electric power boards. He installed the Hastings and Haveloek North water and drainage systems.
