TENNIS DANCE.
A successful dance was licld 011 Thursday last by the committee of the Ellcrslie' parish Tennis Club. The liall was tastefully decorated in the club's colours, rod and white. The winners of the 'Monte Carlo dances were E. Meredith ' and Mr. Tomanc, also Miss Mc-, Ivclvic and. Mr. Peek. Among those present were:—iMi'S. Himpson, wearing pale green satin beautc and bridge coat; Mrs. S. Somerlield, black ring velvet and Oriental shawl- Misses M. Bellamy, buttercup crepe do chine; Florence. Marshall, black silk #ace over satin; Jean Pago, flame crepe de chine and diamante; J. Byers, silver lame and rose satin; Jean Scouller, black taffeta and net; Katlileen Somerlield, deep pink lace over satin; P. Parsons, pink crepo de chine; Mary Brown, midnight blue silk lace; Enid Gumming, tunpioise ring velvet; Alma Bo'vvdcn, peach satin; Mary Stewart, iloral talleta; ,"15. Hudson, tangerine georgette; F. Jackson, cardinal satin: liuby Wilkie, green taffeta, with net; E. Meredith, blue soi de chine; Inez Gumming, peacock crepo do chine; Evelyn Siebert, shell pink georgette; Ethel Page, apricot crepe do chine; Joy Scouller, flame moire silk; K. Byers, maize taffeta and tulle; Myra Kecsing, green georgette; McKelvic, apricot satin; B. .Richmond, deep blue satin beaute; F. Curtis, cyclamen crepe de chine; Ji. Peek, lemon frill lace; : A. Hughes, mauve silk georgette and bridge coat.
