Kent, of Auckland, returned from a holiday trip to Australia, Mr. E. J. Watt, formerly a well-known racehorse owner in New Zealand, arrived on a fortnight's visit. Mr. A. Uonald and Mr. A. Abel, <*f Auckland, were passengers from Sydney yesterday. Mr. R. M. Rowe. a port official of Liverpool, was a passenger from Sydney. He is at the Grand Hotel. Mr. H. W. Apperly, general manager of the A.M.P. Society, arrived. He Is at the Grand Hotel. Mr. John Fuller, of the Fuller IWatrcs. was a passenger. He is at tfc* Grand Hotel. Mr. Dion Boucicault and Mrs. Bnuc!cault (Miss Irene Vanbrugh) arrived and are staying at the Grand Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Andreas arrived on a holiday visit to New Zealand. They are at the Grand Hotel. Sir John Hewett and hie daughter, Mrs. St. John Atkinson, were passengers. They are staying at the Hotel Cargen. Mr. E. G. Banks, of Waihi, returned from a trip to Europe. He is at present staying at the Grand HoteL Mr. H. J. Diddams C.M.G.. ex-Mayor of Krisbanc, arrived from Sydney on a health trip. He is staying with his eieter, Mrs. F. J. Keiiderdine, of Rcmuera.
Mr. A. B. Robert on, hon. Consul for Jajwn in Auckland, returned after a five months' tour of Japan and Java. He was accompanied by Mrs. Roberton.
Mr. T. Rradshaw. general manager of Maesey-Harris. Ltd., of Toronto, is a through passenger on his return to Canada.
