Following are the results of games In the seventh round of the Tauranga bowling tournament: — Section I.—Poverty Bay (Wilkinson) 26. v. Hamilton (Houße) 21; Hamilton East (Chapman) 15, v. Mount Eden (Eraser) 14; Tauranga (Crowley) 26, v. Tauranga South (Pilcher) 12; West End (Potter) v. Te Puke (Palmer) unfinished; Devonport (Pascoe) a bye. Section 2.—Whakatane (Sloane) 20, v. Tauranga (Cronin) 10; Gisborne (Sinclair) 20, v. Hamilton (Pilkington) 19; West End (J.* Hosking) 2S, v. Frankton (Fraser Smith) 24; Mount Albert (Allely) 23. v. Ponsouby (Pascoe) 21; Te Awamutu a bye. The surprise of this round was Alley's first win, by defeating Pascoe. Pilkington suffered his first defeat at the hands of Sinclair. Chapman leads section 1 with six wins and one loss. Pilkington, in section 2. has five wins and one loss and a bye. Hosking has five wins aud two losses.
