TRAIN GUARD KILLED.
W SUUMTIHO ACCIDENT. FALL IN FBONT OF WAGON. (By Telegraph.—Press AmcUtiosJ TAUMATIUN Ulj day. During shunting operations at National Park station this morning, Guard Aubrey C. Morgan, aged 40,* married man with four children, was riding on a wagon when ho fell in front of the last wagon of the train. The wheels passed over his legs. He was taken to the Taumaranui Hospital, but he died at 12 o'clock. A special train took the injured man from National Park station to Taumaranui, 31 milts away.
