It is pleasing to note that the Hamilton Rowing Club has issued a challenge fo the flaitemata Boating Club for the Somerville Shield.
Hamilton crews are in hard training, and in all probability the lightweight maidens, senior double sculls, senior pair oar. senior fours and single sculls will represent the club at the Championship The seniors, light maidens. St. Clair and Molesworth. double sculls and single sculls; also "• Cruick shank (scullerl luivo in training steadily since the Hamilton Regatta. Hamilton's heavr * maidens have altered for Rangiriri. as- sonic men will be at the championships at Wanganui.
