Public notice is given that it is l necessary, in terms of the Public Health Act 1920, that persons removing timber from the City of Auckland into the County, of Waitemata for the purpose of re-erection : in the County, shall obtain a Certificate in the first instance from the Auckland City Council to the effect that such materials ate in a sanitary condition and arc fit for the purpose for -which, it is intended to use same. A fine of £20 is provided for contravention of the Statute. The Council also intend to prosecute persons bringing insanitary building materials into the County, and order demolition of buildings in which such material is used. PETER THEET.
