Public notice is given that it is l necessary, in terms of the Public Health Act 1920, that persons removing timber from the City of Auckland into the County, of Waitemata for the purpose of re-erection : in the County, shall obtain a Certificate in the first instance from the Auckland City Council to the effect that such materials ate in a sanitary condition and arc fit for the purpose for -which, it is intended to use same. A fine of £20 is provided for contravention of the Statute.
