Charles Turner, wholesale wine an ipirit merchant, of Rotorua, pieadi ;uilty to selling a bottle of "whisky ', lontravention of the Licensing Act. H vas convicted, and this being his secon iffence he was fined £25 and costs. Hi icense was cancelled and he w-.-i iebarred from trading for two years.
