t CONFERENCE ARRANGED. TO BE HKLD IN AUCKLAND. (By Telegraph.—.Spe.inl to "Star.") WELLINGTON", this day. As a result of an interview between tlie Mayor of Waihi and the chairman of tbe Chamber of Commerce with the Premier, the latter has communicated with the parties to the Waihi dispute, and a conference under the chairmanship of tbe conciliation commissioner is likely to take place at an early date in Auckland. The Auckland commissioner. Mr. Harlc Giles, being, ill, the Labour Department is arranging for another chairman.
