WORKERS SEIZE FACTORY. "(Received 10 a.m.) ROME, March 28. Another instance of predatory syndicalism has occurred in Naples. The employees at _>ilverstors ironworks suddenly demanded 400 per cent increase in wages. The owners refused, whereupon the employees seized the works, which are now in a state of siege and surrounded by the police. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
