A DOMINION LEAGUE. COUNT FLUNKET S SCHEME. (Received 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, June 27. Count Plunket has inaugurated an Irish Dominion League, aiming at securing a settlement of the Irish question on the lines of Dominion home rule, creating a representative body of Nationalists and Unionists whom" the Government would consult.—(A. and N.Z.)
