(Received 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, June 2T. The balance-sheet of the National Bank of New Zealand shows a profit of £232,432, written off premiums £25,000, depreciation of investments £5000, staff bonus £12,500. A dnal dividend of 12 per cent., and a bonus of 1 per cent, is declared. £20,000 is added to the reserve, £7500 to the ■pension gratuity fund, and £64,932 is carried forward.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
