OBITUARY.
MR. FELIX MAGUERE. Mr. Felix Maguire, who figured for ftome yea re in the political life of New Zealand, died laust njglit. Deceased represented the Bfjmont scat in the House of Representatives from 1S!)1 to I8!)(i, and Hawera from 1899 to 1002. Mr. Maguire was, therefore, a -well-known resident of Tarana-ki, but latterly came to reside at .Mountain Road. Mount Eden. Deceased had attained his seventieth year, and i« survived by a widow and adult fainilv.
