THE SYSTEM GROWING. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.! WELLINGTON", this day. As an indication of the growing popularity of the method of purchasing wool in New Zealand, the figures supplied by Mr Gorham, secretary of the Wool-brokers' Association, are very striking. There were four salies in Wellington this season, 55,758 bales being handled, a-n increase of nearly 13,000 bales compared with the previous season's total, whlen five sales took place.
