LATER.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A telegram received by the Marine Department says the vessel struck a rock off D'Urville Island—not Stephen Island, as at first reported. The captain and crew have arrived at French Pass, and will come on to Wellington by the Awaroa to-night. The Red Pine was built for the Pine Steamship Company, of Greymouth, and was insured in Sydney in the British Dominions, and partly reinsured in the Queensland Company.
